Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide – 60 Days)

At SplashJoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

That's why we offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.


Return Window – 60 Days

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Product Condition

For safety and quality reasons, products that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Products must be returned in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • The return address
  • Instructions for completing your return

Returns sent without prior authorization or without an RMA number cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong product

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

SplashJoy will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.

Please use a tracked shipping service.

We cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of misuse or accidental damage
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a Return Authorization.
  2. Return the original item.
  3. Place a new order.

This helps ensure the quickest delivery.


EU & UK – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

This right is in addition to our voluntary 60-day return policy.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
