Shipping Policy (Worldwide)
At SplashJoy, we strive to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Our standard worldwide shipping time is typically:
7–12 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance
- Local carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing:
- Shipping confirmation
- Tracking number (when available)
Please note that tracking updates may be limited in some countries depending on the local postal service.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
SplashJoy is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information
- Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal services
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- We can reship the package once the customer pays the new shipping fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.
Customs inspections may also increase delivery times.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
SplashJoy is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as Delivered but reported as missing
- Packages lost by the shipping carrier
- Delays caused by customs inspections or postal services
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, we'll gladly help you contact the carrier and assist with the investigation.
